My name is Tori Denson and I am new to the blogging game. I have been thinking about starting a blog for the past few weeks and I have finally decided to jump in. I thought that I should start off by writing a bit about myself and why I want to start a blog.
I am 23 years old, I was born and raised in central Florida, I currently live in Tallahassee. I moved to Tallahassee about 6 years ago, I am a wife, a student and a State employee. My husband’s name is Roth, he is amazing, and you will surely get tired of me talking about him if you continue to read my blog, we have been together for 5 years, how we met is a simple story for another time. We have four fur babies and no real babies, yet, my heart aches for them, but my fur babies keep me at peace until Roth and I are ready to adventure into parenthood. I am the oldest of four children and I love my parents and siblings with a fierceness that is uncommon for most, but, I love many things fiercely and I don’t want it any other way. I strive to be a good person and a great wife, I desperately try to please others, which can be a flaw, but it also drives me forward and helps me to succeed.
My Reasons Behind Blogging
I have a lot of anxiety issues that I am trying to work out, I think that blogging will help me to put my life into perspective, and give me an outlet to share my thoughts and my passions with other people. I am passionate about food, I love to cook, bake, create and feed people. If you come to my house and I do not offer you food, then something is seriously wrong with me, call an ambulance, I need help. I want to share my recipes and methods with other people, I feel a sense of accomplishment when I cook something and it turns out just right, I want to help others feel that too. I am a clean freak, and would like to share my methods with other people, because who couldn’t use a few cleaning tips? I will also periodically post about my thoughts, my life, my pets and use this blog as a journal of sorts. Hopefully like-minded people will be able to get something out of my life and experiences, maybe I can help a stranger, or maybe a stranger can help me. I am looking forward to starting this journey, and I appreciate each person joining me for the ride.
